A combination of stopping my Couch to 5K plan, my girlfriend’s mum’s lovely home cooking and being blissfully happy has led to a sneaking increase in my weight. I’ve not really noticed the weight but I have realised that over the last few weeks in particular I’m feeling more lethargic.
